Gianni Palanzo is a singer/songwriter and audio engineer from Harrisburg, PA. His musical background is in classical and jazz, playing both the cello and guitar from an early age in his high school orchestra and jazz ensemble respectively. He also played in rock bands and taught himself the art of digital recording, getting his first Pro Tools rig at 17.
Gianni continued to write and play music while at the University of Maryland where he performed with the UMD Jazz Lab band and fronted a rock band, Four Knox. During this time he began releasing original music through SoundCloud. He graduated from UMD with a degree in Economics and a minor in Spanish in the spring of 2019.
Gianni then set his sights on Nashville TN, where he studied audio engineering at the Blackbird Academy before graduating in 2020. He was then accepted to intern at the renowned Blackbird Studio (adjacent to the academy) before being asked to work as a full-time operations manager. Gianni recorded and mixed original music at Blackbird in his spare time.
A desire to be closer with family brought Gianni back home to PA where he now resides.

In 2023, Gianni joined forces with Loading Project to co-produce the international hip-hop collab, Set Me Free featuring artists from the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Lithuania, and the United States.
